The River Book Review

I really enjoyed this book by Beverly Lewis.  I have read many of her books and have always liked them, some more than others.  This one kept my attention very well.  I got through it quite quickly.  It had an interesting plot and enough turns in the plot to keep me reading.  I liked that it was a bit different than a lot of Amish fiction, in that the main characters were Amish turned Englisher returning to visit their Amish family.  Some of the resolutions were a little unrealistic, but it was still well-written and interesting.  Overall a great story that I would recommend to anyone who enjoys reading Amish fiction.
